On Site Support

Let’s face it, most of the time you just need a tech on site to fix problems. This holds true even more so for hardware and network issues where it requires a tech on site. We will speak to you on the phone to get a pre-analysis of the situation. We will then travel to your location in order to do a final analysis of the situation which is free to the consumer. We will define how long the process will be and how much will be charged on an hourly basis unless the service entails a flat fee. We will only commence charging as soon as we start working to resolve the problem. Our work is guaranteed and backed by a 60 day warranty where if the issue is persistent and relative to the service we performed, we will then go and correct it. The second visit will not be charged. We are so confident with our work, that if we can’t fix it, the service call will be free. We currently service the Fort Lauderdale area.
